DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

2. Where to Send

Please send DMCA notices to the contact address provided on the platform. We will review and respond promptly. You may also contact us through the platform for more information.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content if appropriate. Please include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access to RandomCum permanently terminated. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6. Modifications

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
