By using RandomCum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use RandomCum.

3. No Registration
RandomCum does not require an account. You are responsible for your own behavior during chats. Because we do not store personal data, we cannot recover lost connections or chat history. You use the service at your own risk.
4. Premium Features and Tokens
Some features, such as gender and location filters, require tokens. Tokens are non-refundable and may be subject to change. We will clearly display pricing before any purchase. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
We use a combination of automated filters and human moderators to enforce these terms. Reported users may be suspended or permanently banned. We are not obligated to explain every moderation decision. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on RandomCum, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Disclaimers
RandomCum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific matches, or that all users will behave appropriately. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomCum and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or interactions with other users. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RandomCum operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
